Sending the package

As a general rule, packages are sent through the Post Office. You will receive an SMS to better track the shipment.

The delivery time in the Peninsula is between 24 and 72 hours after receipt of payment (check for other destinations). In case of not being able to serve within 72 hours, TODOPADEL will contact the client to communicate the incident and the estimated delivery time, the client being able to cancel and recover the full amount in case of not being interested.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges, as well as postage. Handling charges are priced at a fixed price, while transportation charges may vary depending on the destination of the shipment.

Store collection at no additional cost: TODOPADEL has a physical store in Jerez (check the exact location), so you can select 'Store collection' and no shipping costs will be applied, whatever the order amount.

Return policy

The return will be requested via email to providing proof of purchase and stating the reasons for the return.

In the case of a return, a full refund of the value of the item to be returned will be carried out, discounting the shipping costs and / or commissions, in the case of deferred payment with Payin7.

In the event that the amount of the return is less than € 100, the amount of the shipping cost will be deducted, depending on each case (€ 6.95, € 10.95 or € 11.95) always, since the agency of Transport charges such return management as any shipment.

Said return will be made by bank transfer to the account number provided by the customer, once the return has been received and verified that the item is in perfect condition for sale and has not been tampered with, used or tested or unsealed.

It will be sent to the Post Office for collection, so the customer must have the package prepared and sealed for the carrier to put the collection order sticker.
